Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a treatment option that acts as a step down from a higher level of care or if you were unable to meet your goals in weekly outpatient treatment.

Attending our program will add increased stability to meeting your mental health goals. Skills groups are focused on integrating coping skills into your environment with a higher level of intervention than general outpatient groups.

IOP Groups:
Morning: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 am -12:00pm
Afternoon: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 1:00pm-4:00 pm​

Outpatient Groups
The groups require a minimum commitment of attending 3 times a week for 3 hours a day. These sessions are made up of several types of interactive and experiential techniques, including:​

What to Expect
What Can I Expect during Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Treatment?

Our IOP emphasizes group meeting attendance, DBT Skills acquisition and development of a plan for healthy living. At a minimum, our IOP clients meet with their primary therapist once per week. Ideal client commitment is for a minimum of 12 weeks to graduate the program. Topics covered during Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) sessions include:
